Angel is an older "Mini Maine Coon" male, about 5 years old. He's not very happy in our tiny, crowded home with lots of little people, other pets and limited access to outdoors. Angel is a real lover, but always put off by our other critters; he spends a lot of time hiding and marking territory. Sam is a 85lb, 5.5 year old male yellow lab/retriever mix. He is neutered and all his shots are up to date. Sam is a very gentle, laid-back animal, very much a people dog and enjoys lots of attention and affection. He gets along with most other dogs and is used to being around cats and other animals. Burly is a 92-pound, 2-year-old Lab-Husky male, a very smart, loving and spoiled housepet. He has had limited exposure to other dogs, cats and kids but has done well on those occasions. Burly loves to run and go for rides. My home is no longer safe for him; neighbors have tried to poison him and he's harassed in his own yard by their dogs. Basil is a 4-year-old female Blue Heeler, a lively, sweet girl who loves kids and does well with other dogs when she knows them. Noska is a very happy, loving, and sweet 7-year-old Alaskan Husky, rescued from the Matsu Shelter and kept as an indoor family member. Dana is a very sweet, smart, and loyal 5-year-old Alaskan Husky. She's an alpha and can be jealous of attention given to other dogs in the home - she would make a great companion as an only dog. Guinnevere is a very sweet, loving, and loyal 2-year-old Alaskan Husky. She barks when strangers are around, but warms up quickly with time and familiarity. Smokey Joe is an 8-year-old neutered male, adopted as a puppy for two young boys who have since grown up and left him with their parents. Mom and Dad both work full time and I need a new home. I live in Juneau and have a Chesapeake Bay Retriever named Gracie. She was left with me after a divorce, and she's not doing well with the other dog in my home. Henry is a 4-year-old German Shepard, a wonderful family dog with a great personality. He has bilateral hip dysplasia, so German Shepard Rescue can't take him. He's neutered and I have all his medical records available. Right now he's taking anti-inflammatory, Omega-3 capsules, and a joint supplement. Ayla is a 7-year-old spayed, declawed female I've had since she was a kitten. We've become a big, noisy family since then, and Ayla is not happy - she spends most of her time hiding unless I'm home alone and the house is quiet. Chewbacca (Chewy) just turned 2 in April. We're told he's German shepard and shar-pei. Chewy came to us as a baby after being abused so badly that he is blind in one eye. Deshka is a 3-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback/lab male. Our work schedules have changed, so Deshka no longer gets enough attention or exercise, and is alone too much. He is neutered with all current shots, healthy and active, and GREAT with children. Smokey and Comet are sisters from the same litter nearly 12 years ago. Both are healthy, beautiful dogs, well mannered, and loving. They need room to run and/or frequent walks. Aysha (aka �Baby�)is eight years old, spayed and about ten pounds. She has a quiet, sweet temperament, adores attention and has never scratched our two little kids. Since she was the runt of the litter and was initially fed by dropper, she still likes to suck on your shirt and knead. Smokey is less than two years old, a mix of husky, sheperd and lab. Smokey can do a few tricks, but he does need obediance training. At the present time he is not good with small children because he plays too rough. His shots were given in March 07. Call 357-4117.

Duke is an 18-month-old male. Very friendly, puts up with a lot from kids� my daughter likes to dress him up in her dress-up clothes and he lets her. I'm KeeKee, a 3-year-old Siamese mix, fixed female. I do my own thing, I don't like being held or carried around. I'll come to you when I want loved on. Otherwise I enjoy playing with my toys and my dog friends. I'm fully box trained and I don't counter surf. I'm always inside as my excursions outside have not been pleasant ones.
